Because each piece of art is a one-of-a-kind item, we want to be certain that you receive just the right piece for your particular wish or desire. As a result, we handle each sale on a one-to-one basis.

When you have identified the item(s) you would like to purchase, please contact us either by phone or e-mail and specify the item description and name or number. In this way, we have the comfort of knowing that we are providing the correct item(s) and, likewise, you have the satisfaction of knowing you will receive the right piece of art.

Shipping, Handling and Sales Tax:

Once we have received your order information, shipping and handling costs will be calculated. We will then contact you to discuss the total costs for your order (including shipping and sales tax, if applicable). Sales tax will be added to retail orders shipped within the State of California.

Payment Methods:

For retail orders, after you have approved the total cost for your order, you may pay by credit card or personal check. In the case of a personal check, merchandise will be shipped after your check clears our financial institution. In most instances, this will cause only a minor delay in the shipping process once we have received your check. For wholesale orders, please contact us.

Return Policy:

For retail sales, Leaf Motif will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price within 30-days of shipping if you are not fully satisfied with our product. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and all return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Prior to returning merchandise, please contact us so that we may e-mail you a return slip to enclose with your returned order. For wholesale orders, please contact us.
